Yes — we offer alterations on pants length, shirt sleeves, and pocket stitching. All alterations require advance payment before we begin work.

Once an item is altered to your specifications — whether it's a shorter pant length, adjusted sleeves, or a stitched pocket — it is customised for you specifically and cannot be resold or exchanged. Pakistan has a high return rate and we cannot absorb the cost of custom work on returned items. To protect both sides, payment is required upfront before any alteration is carried out.

We currently offer three types of alterations:

• Pants length — shortening or adjusting the hem to your preferred length
• Shirt sleeves — adjusting sleeve length for a better fit
• Pocket stitching — adding a pocket to shirts that come without one

Message us on WhatsApp to discuss any other adjustment and we'll let you know if it's possible.

No — altered items are final sale. Because the item has been modified to your measurements, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your measurements before requesting any alteration.

Easy exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Just message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll sort it out.

We currently offer exchange only — not cash refunds. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it immediately, no questions asked.

Shirts with pockets stitched on request are customised to your order and cannot be exchanged. Shirts without pockets can be exchanged normally within 7 days.

Yes — we use real product photography. However, colours can appear slightly different across devices, screens, and lighting conditions. We do our best to represent each fabric accurately, but minor variations in shade are possible. If you want to see the fabric in natural light or need more angles before ordering, message us on WhatsApp and we'll send photos within minutes.

Our shirts are collar-sized. Wrap a soft tape around the base of your neck, add half an inch for comfort, and round to the nearest half — that's your size. Visit our Size Guide for the full chart.

Tropical fabric is a lightweight, breathable suiting fabric used in our formal trousers and blazers. It drapes clean, resists creasing, and stays comfortable all day — built for offices, events, and weddings in Pakistan's climate.

Pockets are not stitched by default. When placing your order you can choose With Pocket or Without Pocket — we stitch accordingly before dispatch. Stitched pocket shirts cannot be exchanged as they are customised to your order.
