Can I open the parcel before paying?
Yes — always. We deliver Cash on Delivery, so you pay only after you’ve opened and checked your order. Inspect the item, confirm it’s correct — then pay.
Do you offer alterations?
Yes — we offer alterations on shirt sleeves and pocket stitching. Alterations require advance payment before we begin, as customised items cannot be returned or exchanged once altered.
Why do alterations require advance payment?
Once we alter an item to your specifications it is made for you specifically and cannot be resold. To protect both sides, payment is required upfront before any alteration is carried out.
How do I request an alteration?
Message us on WhatsApp at +92 370 0162836 with your order number and the alteration you need. We will confirm the cost and proceed after payment is received.
How do I find my collar size?
Wrap a soft tape around the base of your neck. Add ½ inch for comfort and round to the nearest half — that is your size.
Can I get a pocket stitched?
Yes — select With Pocket or Without Pocket when ordering. Shirts with pockets stitched on request cannot be exchanged.
What if the size doesn’t fit?

Cotton or Blended — which should I pick?
100% Cotton breathes better, ideal for daily wear. Blended holds shape longer and resists wrinkles. Both are quality — pick based on preference.
Are the product images real?
Yes — we use real product photography. However, colours can appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. Message us on WhatsApp if you want to see the fabric in natural light before ordering.
